Carlyn Samuel is working as an Account Director for the graphic arts PR and marketing agency Bespoke in Surrey. She lives in the countryside with her boyfriend and their two dogs.
Why did you get into PR? I did a degree in communication studies then moved back home, I love the countryside and didn’t want to travel into London every day but still wanted an interesting job with the possibility of travel. Bespoke was just down the road and perfect for me. I’ve been here ever since.
What in you opinion is so special about the silver range? There is a grade for virtually every application you can think of.
What would your dream job be, if you had the choice? Living on a boat off the coast of Hawaii or Australia doing dolphin research.
What advice would you give someone who has never experienced digital printing? The possibilities are limitless, you’ll never be bored.
Who or what makes you laugh? Taking the dogs to the beach and watching them chase each other through the waves.
What is your favourite piece of print? We have an impressive piece in the Bespoke office – it’s the entire bible printed on one A3 sheet of paper - the font is really small, but you can read it with a magnifying glass!
What is your greatest ambition? To visit the natural wonders of the world before they are spoilt by pollution and man-made disasters. Not that I’m a pessimist!
